Hello, and welcome to my SECOND Wikipedia Userpage. I first become a "User/Editor" in Oct 2006, using "Rocketmaniac". But in 2013, I forgot the password but was unable to get back into my account because my previous email account had been closed.

I enjoy working on many different subjects. I jump around from one subject to another depending on my current interest, (which can change quickly) working what looks like it needs help. Subjects include Rocketry, Spaceflight, Electronics, Robotics, Geography and the states of Illinois, South Carolina, Utah and Georgia.

Benjamin Franklin Tilley (1848–1907) was a career officer in the United States Navy who served from the end of the American Civil War through the Spanish–American War. He is best remembered as the first acting governor of American Samoa as well as the territory's first naval governor.
