I'm a physicist at Duke University, very active in Beowulf (computing) and am creating a user page primarily to facilitate edits in this field. I've worked in the general field of cluster computing since 1993. I'm the author of Engineering a Beowulf-Style Compute Cluster, which appears in several Wikipedia articles as a reference. I also actively participate in the Cluster Monkey webzine that is the online successor to the short-lived Cluster World Magazine. I also write both prose fiction and poetry, if anybody cares.
