You have our permission to use images of us. Justifide started in 1999. The band was me on bass (Samuel Moncivaiz) my brother Jason Moncivaiz on drums, Joey Avalos on guitar, and Ian Metzger was the singer. Ian left the band after about a year, after we had recorded our first indie ep. Jason started playing drums and singing. We toured a little bit as a 3 piece, and then we started getting tour drummers to play with us. we had so many of them actually. One of them is Jaren Johnston, I think thats how you spell his last name, and he is now the singer and guitar player for the band Bang Bang Bang, who is signed to Maverick Records, I think. We had another drummer Jeff Irizarry, who was the drummer of the band Dear Ephesus, and toured with some other underground bands like that. Joey left the band, I don't remember when, after we had been a band for maybe 5 or 6 years. we hired guitar players to fill in for a while. And then the summer of 2006, we switched our name to Reform The Resistance, cuz we got a new drummer. So now Jason sings and plays guitar, I still play bass, and our drummer is Ryan Dugger. Oh, we started Justifide in our hometown of Chandler, AZ (a suburb of Phoenix). Our drummer Ryan is a native of Nashville. Please ask us anything that can be of help. I will write back much faster, I promise!
