The Howrah District Chess Association (HDCA) is the official body of chess in Howrah. It was formed in 1980s and is affiliated with the West Bengal Chess Association.[1]
Events[edit]
The Howrah District Chess Championship is organised annually. Winners get to represent Howrah in the State Selection Trials for the National B Chess Tournament.
