Breachers VR is a virtual reality video game developed by Belgian company Triangle Factory. Game is competitive 5v5 Tactical shooter very similar to PC equivalents of Counter-Strike and Rainbow Six Siege.[2][3][4]

According to games-stats.com Breachers VR had sales revenue of US$490 million.[5]

There are around 100 active teams on Breachers VR Master League.[6]

Breachers has 4 main maps: Factory, Hideout, Skyscraper and Ship. There is also one map (Killhouse) only for Team Deathmatch.[7]

Gameplay[edit]

Gameplay of Breachers is very similar to Rainbow Six Siege. You have attacking team and defending team. Attackers try to defuse bomb until round time ends. If attackers kill all enemies until round ends they don't need to defuse bomb. Defenders (terrorists) on the other hand need to defend bomb and don't allow for attackers to defuse it. Game has has several gadgets for attackers and defenders like trip mines, grenades, smoke grenades, stun grenades, healing syringe and so on. There are 13 different weapons in game: 4 pistols, 4 assault rifles, 3 SMGs and 2 shotguns. To buy these guns (and gadgets) you need money which is earned after every round. The better you play the more money you get.[8][9][10]

Post-launch updates[edit]

In August 2023 Breachers released new map called "Ship". They also added new game mode "Control Point" which is basically a Team Deathmatch. [11]
