The CONCACAF Youth League is a proposed association football tournament for the under-20 club teams of CONCACAF. The concept is based off of the UEFA Youth League. The tournament simulation began in 2015 with the 2015–16 CONCACAF Youth League, where the youth teams of the 32 group stage teams from the 2015–16 CONCACAF Champions League.

Starting within the 2017–18 edition, the qualifying teams will be the youth teams of the clubs whom the senior teams have already qualified, as well as the youth domestic champions.
