I was born in 1963 Florida, USA. For 18-years I was a dependent to an Air Force USA enlisted father (until my parents amical divorce in Florida in 1981). My mother was a classic stay-at-home young lady excited to be seeing the world and starting a young family. She did this for 18-years and after divorce worked a normal mid-level job until retirement. My father finished 22-years military service and worked a mid-level technical job for approx. 18-years and then retired. My full family is alive as of 2015. I have one older brother (3-years) who is an independent business man working in surplus. He has a full family. I learned at an early age that kids sometimes like to bully and especially in groups. I was introduced in the front of many schools as we changed locations about every 2-years. I learned to adapt and make friends easily. My brother had his friends and I had mine.

Fast forward, after finishing high-school and staying in one house from 9th grade to 12th. It was nice to make long-term friends. I then worked hard at low-end jobs. 13-different jobs to be exact by my age of 27. lawnboy, Dishwasher, Janitor, pool-boy, beer truck driver, ditch digger, ebayer, fleamarket seller, cable yard-man, forklift operator..and on and on. I can see (with hindsight) it was a good thing as I can relate to what most folks are doing to survive.

I decided in 1983 (approximate) to stop driving a local beer truck. I worked my way thru Brevard County Community College (BCC) and the University of Central Florida on student loans, PELL Grants, and student jos with some night shift(s) at Roadway Package Service (RPS). I was awarded an Electrical Engineering degree (1989) "late" in life 28. I started professional work at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in 1990 as a Solid Rocket Booster lauch Liason and Electrical Test& Checkout Engineer. I worked off-and-on at KSC for 20+ years with the last 8-years being a Government Servant (GS-13) for NASA. I have managed projects in various capacities and was especially captivated with Software PM work and theory. I was one of two PM's during a phase that United Space Alliance SRB Element company drove (and got) CMMI Level 3. Critical solid rocket booster ground testing.

I have gotten into the last 50 (or less) years of my life. I plan to try and bring about revolution in PM application & study. Especially how it can relate to engineering positive social change, complicated, complex long-term projects and team morale.

Known (Self-reported) Bias(es) & sources of Bias:

Project Management Bias-- I have an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology (1995). I worked in a Program Office for approx. 5+ years USBI and United Space Alliance (USA) at Kennedy Space Center. I Did 1-year Software PM at GoCo-Op ( a now defunct Dot-Com. I Sat for the PMP in 2001 and failed it by about 3-questions. I believe in PMP Certification but not as an end-all be-all. I have taken numerous NASA PM and Systems Engineering courses in the past 8-years. I also have recently taken Science Communications thru NASA training (2015). I believe in the classical 4-step PM process but not used statically. I believe any Complex Projects can be managed to success using a Systems Engineering approach. I believe Project Change Request processing must use a systematic approach and ultimately is an INFORMED single-person decision (approval/denial).

Political Bias--I Believe world peace is attainable and that this desire is common amongst all world citizens without debate. I believe some can't think about it since they are malnourished & in unsafe conditions. I believe the world can sustain the current level of population but not much more. I believe 1500-years from now the skiline should be free of wires, signs and any obstructions other than low level night lighting where required. I believe transportation will be automated and quiet. Power to buildings will be provided as on-site small units. Communication will be global & humans will have colonized other planets (on a basic level).

I am engaging in Brevard County Florida,local volunteer politics (starting in 2015) and have developed numerous PowerPoint presentations on a wide range of subjects & current issues. Some are: Stem vs. STEAM, Sacred Roles of Government, Using System Engineering to Project Manage Complex Projects, Using System Engineering to Change Manage Citizen-Centric Free Governments, Kennedy Space Center Pad A--Hallowed Ground.

Religious Bias-- I am agnostic (generally). Raised Catholic. I believe I need to always be positive in my out-look and communications. I believe in Optimistic Leadership. I know there is evil in the world but I chose to believe that human evil is due to lack of communication and education. I suffered at age 18 from a singular mental illness episode (approx. 1-year) and have empathy for persons suffering long-term from mental illness.

Thru proper Federal Aviation Administration documentation I received a Class II Medical Flight Certificate and (after years of study & teaching demonstration) was licensed as a Commercial Pilot, Multi-engine Flight Instructor. I have 350-hours flying time (as of 2015) updated to 600 hrs in 2021.

Other Bias--I am heterosexual. I believe everyone has a right to freedom but also citizen responsibilities.

I retail consume (85%) thru Amazon, Sam's Club, Costco, Walmart, Craigslist eBay, Facebook Marketplace. I do most of my own cooking.

I own Firearms and hunt & eat fish & meat. I do not own an Automatic Rifle (AR). I like to bicycle, camp, hike, yoga.

I own my own house and installed a 7.2 KW solar array myself. I drive a 20015 subaru Outback wagon I bought used and previous to my current vehicle I drove a 2003 Outback wagon for over 150K miles. I have never bought a new car.

In 2019 I bought a used Cessna C-150F single engine airplane that was originally built in 1966. Over the past years I have upgraded this aircraft (radios & other STCed parts) to allow me to instruct student pilots and take young people for rides to experience the freedoms of fixed-wing single engine flight. I am Federal Aviation Administration certified Multi Engine and single engine flight instructor with over 700 hours of pilot in command flight time (as of CY 2023).

Asset Bias I have saved a sum of money that I should be comfortable in retirement (going for 65-years old at retirement). I want to do low-cost Recreational Vehicles (RVing) in North America as I can. I also plan to pursue global trekking as I work to change minds & bring about World Peace. I make approximately $125K (usd) a year as a GS-13 USA Government servant.
