Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd (CES) is a construction and property group founded by a subcontractor for conventional landed properties, Mr Lim Tiam Seng. The business grew and expanded, taking the role of the main contractor. The company had contributed to Singapore in building public housing and won its first Singapore Housing and Development Board (HDB) as the main contractor in 1982. The Group's also listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, diversified into property investment and development of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Awarded Projects[edit]

The Pinnacle@Duxton was conferred the 2010 Best Tall Building (Asia and Australasia) award by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, as well as the 2011 Urban Land Institute's Global Awards for Excellence. The development has been featured in numerous local and foreign documentaries, including Discovery Channel's "How we invented the World: Skyscrapers"

CES has won the “Most Transparent Company – Construction Category”, of the Investors’ Choice Awards organized by the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (SIAS) over the past few years. These awards attest to our commitment to corporate transparency.

Bidadari[edit]

In 1999, Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd wholly owned a public listed company in Singapore, CEL Development Pte Ltd. The company recent residential development, Park Colonial had attracted many homeowners to move into the underdevelopment estate, Bidadari.
