Skate and Surf Festival is an annual two-day music festival held in New Jersey. Every year, new bands compete for spots during the two days. The event evolved into the Bamboozle festival, however the founder John D later left that festival due to disagreements with the promoter, and chose to bring back Skate and Surf for 2013 onwards. The festival is well known for being a starting point for many bands who found greater success later.

The event took place from April 25-27 2003 in Asbury Park at the Convention Hall.
