I am Neil Glover (David Neil Russel Glover), a chartered Civil Engineer with specialist experience in the design and construction of offshore installations for the oil and gas and the renewable energy industries.

I am Chairman of the Institution of Civil Engineers Events Panel and also sit on ICE's Maritime Panel. I have been chairman of the Offshore Engineering Society on two occasions for a total of five years and I am currently the immediate past chairman.
