These single-connected rooms are usually occupied by first-year students who get the first choice in residency. All students are subscribed to a meal plan through which they can make use of the restaurants on campus. All buildings also have wireless internet included with a snack and TV lounge with a kitchen on each floor. In total, there are 1,300 rooms available.

Similkameen Place[edit]

Monashee Place provides studio, one-bedroom, and four-bedroom suites, allowing for students to be able to have their own preferences instead of the single-connected or the communal bathrooms the other residences provide. Monashee Place is fully furnished with 73 studios, 21 one-bedroom suites, 22 four-bedroom suites, and has wireless internet included. [4]Residences in Monashee Place are not required to purchase a meal plan as there are kitchens in the residences for students to cook their own foods.
