It's not the admins that are picking on you - it's just that you need to keep to the conventions. I think you still need to be more careful not to sound like you're advertising. For a start, your external links are worded in such a way that they sound like an advert. I will do a bit of tinkering, but it may not be enough unless you can demonstrate notability better.
