Time has also been defined using three dimensional change (A spatial event which occurs in irreversible succession) and time being the measurement of that change. Change measuring (Time) is most accurate when using three dimensional objects that change at a constant rate; the orbits of the celestial bodies, the rotation of the earth (years, days, and minutes), or a nuclear material that degrades (changes) at a constant rate. The more constant the rate of the change, the better the change measuring (Time).
