Unfinished reigns

Unit the crowing of Miss Intercontinental 2022 on October 14, 2022, had existed 292 titleholders of which nine of them did not finish their year of reign having resigned five winners, while four were dethroned by their respective organizations. Of the five cases of resignations four were replaced, and in the case of the four dethronements two were replaced, for a total of six titles all asummed by their respective 1st Runner-Up (286 original winners and 6 assumed winners). In the case of the three titles that were not replaced, one resignation and two dethronements, they continue to be recognized as official victories of their country or territory.
