Renaker[edit]

Renaker, formally known as Renaker Built LTD[1] is a construction company based in Manchester, England founded in 2008 specialising in the development of residential high-rise buildings and community neighbourhoods with amnesties including gyms, pools, shops and restaurants.

Renaker was founded on 22 May 2008 by Darren Whitaker, Paul Whitaker and Michael Shaw[2].

Deansgate Square

Deansgate Square, formerly known as Owen Street is a skyscraper cluster in Manchester containing four towers that have a combined total of 1,508 properties rooms. The South Tower is currently the tallest building in Greater Manchester[3]. The complex also contains leisure facilities[4] such as a pool, gyms, a sports hall, community areas such as rooftop gardens, a shop[5] and more. The Blade
The Blade - nearing completion
The Blade is a 51-storey 154 m tall residential skyscraper[7] which is currently under construction.

Construction of the building began in 2021 and is expected to be completed in 2024[8]. The building is part of the Trinity Island development which also contains Three60.

Upon completion, the site will also house a co-working area, resident's lounge, terrace and park.[9]

Three60 Three60, formerly known as The Cylinder, is a 51 storey residential skyscraper which is part of Renaker's Trinity Island development.

Construction began in 2021 and is estimated to be completed in 2024[10]. Upon completion, it will be the joint fourth-tallest building in Greater Manchester alongside its sister tower The Blade. There will also be a gym and residents lounge.

Elizabeth Tower
The Elizabeth Tower - one of two buildings in the Crown Street development.
The Elizabeth Tower is a 52-storey building in the Crown Street development. The Crown Street Development houses a 20m pool on the 44th floor, private dining areas, a gymnasium, a holistic studio and two roof top gardens.

The tower contains 484 apartments[11].

Corporate Social Responsibility[edit]

Renaker has funded multiple local organisations including the Z-Arts Theatre[12] and run events for Didsbury High School[13]. The company also sponsors the Salford Under 9s football team.
