Learn from other GAs and FAs: Gifu - virtually the only closest comparable JP place article US large cites - Boston, San Francisco, Seattle for example, especially to learn how to 1) treat the city and its larger area (state/prefecture), 2) treat "main article", "see also" and redirect listings etc.
Analysis/Action
1. Cross-overed contents; need for rearranging some sections. Neighborhood information to Cityscape Culture and Places of interest: merge and re-sub-categorize Local government or politics absent for now 2. Lack of text, many listings better create separate list pages for some? miminum text needed to redirect listing to list page
