I recieved a Doctorate of Science in Engineering Management from the George Washington University in 2005. Previous education includes doctoral work and a Masters of Science in Optical Systems Engineering from Southeastern Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Tennessee. I am a practicing System Engineer with over 30 years of experience in defining, developing, and testing complicated systems.

My dissertation research focused on decision support for Intelligence Age Agile Enterprises.

Focus areas are Complicated and Complex Systems Engineering and Architecting, Complexity Theory, and Chaos Theory, Knowledge Economy, and Intelligence Age Implications
