上海彼科意企业管理咨询有限公司于2014年8月1日成立，是全球专业生命科学完整质量解决方案咨询公司PQE Group位于上海的地区分公司。中国上海PQE分部拥有独立而完整的服务团队，并直接对接总部各类业务资源，能为本土企业提供覆盖国内业务和国际业务的全方位专业服务。
PQE自1998年起开始为顾客提供GCP、GLP、GMP和GDP领域全面质量解决方案的专业咨询企业，在全球范围内拥有600多名员工，其中包括数百位合规解决方案的咨询专家，支持25种语言，能在全球范围内迅速响应各类客户要求，并开展相应工作。公司目前已成功解决数千例项目需求，拥有丰富的项目经验。
Corporate history[edit]
1998年11月 ，5名合伙人于弗罗伦萨正式创建PQE。最初的PQE仅为制药公司提供计算机化系统验证（CSV）服务。
2001年，PQE集团第一个分部——巴塞罗那，巴西分部正式成立。
2008年，Gilda D’Incerti 成功接任PQE CEO一职，并引入一名新的PQE合作伙伴，作为公司BD的领导。
2009年，PQE开始涉及医疗器械领域，并参与意大利数例关键的医院和公共健康领域的项目。
2013年，Paolo Benatti（现任法律和金融副总裁）加入PQE，并负责海外市场的拓展和发展规划。这个阶段，PQE开始为生命科学产业提供全方位的质量咨询服务，成为欧洲市场中的佼佼者。
2014-2018年PQE陆续在全球各地建立公司分部（厄瓜多尔、德国、中国、以色列、美国、瑞士、墨西哥、巴西、日本、俄罗斯、印度）。
2016年，PQE帮助墨西哥审计局COFEPRIS就制药领域方面起草《数据可靠性指导》，该项目由PQE现任CEO Gilda D’Incerti亲自执行。
2018年，PQE协同GILS，帮助俄罗斯、贸易部和地方当局起草《数据可靠性指导》。同年，PQE集团成功进入金融时报富时榜TOP 1000，成为发展速度最快的欧洲企业之一，同时PQE以“欧洲最励志的企业”名列伦敦证券交易中心榜单TOP 1000”。
