My name is Larry Pieniazek. That's my real name. My userid here, and many other places on the web, is Lar.
When addressing me, you may call me Lar, or Larry Pieniazek, or Mr. Pieniazek. Unless you are a close friend, no other forms of address are acceptable. If you are not sure if you are a close friend or not, you should ask, but you probably are not.
