Yes, I am a foreigner, but aren't we all? It is often an advantage to see matters from outside, while being qualified enough to research and gather information to judge many things on the inside. I speak three languages fluently and understand several others better than just limited to interpreting the menue in restaurants. I have a university degree and work in publishing.
