Hi, I'm Justin Nichol. I am a student, political activist, supporter of open source software and open media. I am also an amateur illustrator who will soon be attending Art Center College of Design. I hope to use the skills I gain in design and craftsmanship to aid the burgeoning Creative Commons and Open Content movement by providing professional illustration services at no cost to Open projects. I've used Wikipedia for years, and I think it's finally time to give back to the community that has given so much. I hope to become an active contributor to Wikipedia over the next several months.

In the past, I wrote semi-professional research papers for a company which provided example essays. These essays were meant to help students in structuring information on a given subject for their own assignments. Because of this previous experience I feel semi-qualified in doing research and fact checking on subjects I find of interest and hope to help improve the quality of Wikipedia with my actions.

So far, I have stuck mostly to those things I know, and have added a lot of content and organizational structure to the pages on the Lone Wolf series of gamebooks by Joe Dever. I have also tried to lend some aid to various typography articles, and started a few of my own on Freely Licensed Fonts, as this is one of my interests. I just recently passed 200 edits. So I'm pretty stoked.

Be sure to let me know if there is anything anyone might need help from me for.
