I have been fascinated with municipal maps and locations for a long time. I remember getting my first atlas at the age of 6 and being enamored with it - I did not put that thing down for an entire week. I've noticed recently that very few counties have municipal locators within counties as detailed as the one available at the Wikipedia page for Lincoln Park, Michigan, for example, so I have been working on a few and hope to eventually have one for every municipality within Michigan. I think that this little touch can do a great deal for someone interested in cartography or municipalities who visits Wikipedia, and so I will continue to do it as long as possible.
