What those statistics do not show, is how long anyone stuck around.

Some of these were quite mundane (grocery lists and doodles), others were not. But their body of work was overtime, a view of a one individual’s mind. (This is an incomplete sentence and needs to be changed to Some of these were quite mundane, like grocery lists and doodles, while others were not. Together, they formed a view into an individual's mind over time)

Lifestream websites[edit]

The paragraphs are good but I want to add:

A notable example of a lifestreaming website is found on the most popular streaming platform Twitch, users can engage in live broadcasts to share their daily activities, creative pursuits, and other interests. Twitch lifestreams compile a chronological record of a streamer's broadcasts, which creates a digital narrative of their life experiences. Crafting an engaging and appealing Twitch lifestream involves a commitment to maintaining the underlying technical infrastructure, which showcases a steady blend of entertainment and technical skills. Here Comes Everybody resonates within Twitch communities as it emphasizes the freedom to share content that can be helpful to anyone however they might use it. [1]

Competitors have also shown up to rival Twitch, Mixer which recently shut down and a newcomer in Kick which is taking the streaming world by storm

In the section on Benefits of Lifestreaming, a subsection called Community building can be added where it mentions how lifestreaming through social networking services has enabled people to maintain connections with others, even when they are geographically apart. Also how lifestreaming can build and nurture online communities with similar interests. [2] I am struggling to find an article that talks about this differently than the one by Yu-Hao Lee Investigating social presence in "In Real Life" streaming for community building.

The addition of this can be added into the Social integration section saying:

Lifestreaming has altered the dynamics of maintaining connections and facilitating a sense of community regardless of the geographical distance. This particular facet of lifestreaming serves as a valuable tool for constructing and nurturing online communities where individuals with shared interests can converge. [2]

tThe addition of a Synopsis is needed before the end of the article, most likely right before the table of contents. It could say something along the lines of how lifestreaming is involved in the sharing of daily experiences online, ranging from social media updates to photos and videos. The roots of lifestreaming can be traced back all to the mid-1990s. Lifestreaming offers benefits such as fostering transparency, enabling data mining, and providing monetization opportunities. Lifecasting which is a subset of lifestreaming, involves live-streaming one's life, often with wearable technology. The practice continues to evolve with technological advancements.

Lots of the names mentioned associated with lifestreaming and lifecasting are pretty old, there needs to be some recent information on current lifestreams and casters. For example, Ice Poseidon could be mentioned as a lifestreamer as he would stream his daily life in Los Angeles and abroad with his camera and lifestreaming set up.

On the web (Needs to be changed to On the Web) The rapid accessibility of one's lifestreaming activity can provide information of prevalent importance together with being an inspiration for the readers (Needs to be changed to The rapid accessibility of one's lifestreaming activity can provide important information and inspire readers.") She sometimes would chat with her viewers while having breakfast (Need to remove would)

Something that should be added to this article is the inclusion of lifecasting in today's times. It is very different to what Justin Kan was doing all those years ago, it has evolved. Twitch also needs to be covered as it has become the most popular streaming service ever created and allows users a chance to build a strong community behind them. [2]Someone who has done this and needs to be mentioned is Kai Cenat who rose to stardom recently through his real life streams. He just became the most subscribed person on Twitch, this is thanks to his subathon where he had a 30-day, 24/7 continuous stream where he would have activities planned to entertain his audience, special guests sometimes celebrities to accompany him, and much more.[3]
