Foxxiie whose real name is Mikayla Simpson (born 27 June 1998) is an up and coming Jamaican actress, dancer and model who made her first appearance onscreen alongside famous Jamaican actor Wayne Newby also affectionately known as Ghetto Gal in 2021. Since then she has gone on to star in several other plays and videos by Newby.
Simpson has also gone on to star in Newby's productions such as: Side Chick, Skettel and Comedy Police.
Early Life[edit]
Mikayla Simpson was born in St. Thomas, Jamaica on 27 June 1998. She is the second youngest of six children by her mom,, as she is an only child for her dad.
Simpson attended Morant Bay High School where she graduated in 2015. During her time at the Morant Bay High School she participated in many clubs and activities such as the Drama club where she was apart of several plays put on to aid in helping the welfare students at school. She worked as an Electrical Technician shortly after graduating high school. She later pursued a career in journalism for a Jamaican online news company and customer service.
Career[edit]
Simpson's career as a model began in 2017 when she worked with an up and coming modelling agency. She began her acting career in 2021 when her talent was recognized by Wayne Newby. Since then she has gone on to be a part of several of Newby's productions. She had been pursuing Bollywood dancing since the age of 12, however, her career as a dancer began in 2021 when she officially recognized that she had a love for dancing. She has since then been involved in Latin dancing, Afrobeat and Dancehall.

Simpson is currently actively pursuing her Latin dancing prospects as she hopes to be able to master the craft and become one the best Latin dancers Jamaica has to offer.
