Scotty Migone (guitarist)[edit]

Born in Miami Florida, Scotty Migone has been playing lead guitar all over the world for the past 30 years.

Throughout the years Scotty has also logged thousands of hours in studio time and session work playing lead and back-up guitar on many albums for many different producers, such as: Jack Douglas of Aerosmith, Barry Maraz of Styx, Brad Shapiro of James Brown, The Albert Brothers of Eric Clapton, to name a few. Scotty has had the pleasure of working with these producers and musicians extensively in the United States and abroad in many places such as: the U.k., Europe, France, Finland, Holland, the Caribbean Islands and Russia, before the wall was torn down, and recently in Nigeria (2013).

Some of the bands Migone has toured with in concert are: Millie Jackson, Gypsy Queen, Jesse Strange, Philth, and his current band The Regs. Scotty Migone has opened or closed for: BB King, Blue Oyster Cult, Bobbie "Blue" Bland, Bobby Womack, Buddy Guy, The Charlie Daniels Band, Clarence Carter, Delbert McClinton, George Clinton and Parliament, The Isley Brothers, Isaac Hayes, Prince, Rick James, Sir Charles, J. Blackfoot, Steven Pearcy of Ratt, Taj Mahal, The Dells, The Manhattans, The O'Jays, The Temptations, The Stylistics and Bobby Rush, Ann Nesby, Betty Wright, B.T.O., Denise LaSalle, George Duke, Golden Earring, Humble Pie, Johnnie Taylor, Matt Kramer of Saigon Kick, Lakeside, Latimore, Little Milton, Marvin Sease, Marcia Griffiths, and Maxi Priest, Mel Waiters, Pat Travers, Ray, Goodman & Brown, The Dramatics, The Whispers, Tyrone Davis, and Jaco Pastorious.

Scotty has also played in shows and concerts with: Brian Howe of Bad Company, Billie Myers, Boxcar, Charm, Valentino, Cypress, Southern Guns, Detour, he currently plays with The Regs, Millie Jackson and the Nick Marino band.

His latest work includes Guitar and Bass on the NICK MARINO CD "FREEDOM HAS NO PRICE", released on YNGWIE MALMSTEEM'S label "RISING FORCE RECORDS". He also played guitar on the MOSHIACH TIMES BAND new CD, and guitar on Mark Feil's debute release “A THOUSAND SUNS", and guitar with his own band The Regs on their debute cd "THE REGS".

Scotty’s most recent endeavor was composing and recording on his own original CD, “JAZZ E'TUDE” with other superb musicians such as: Al and Betina Edwards, and Jody Marlowe.
