User:Hexatekin/sandbox/Case Study:Art+Feminism Edit-a-Thons

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Event Description: Art + Feminism Edit-a-Thons took place at the following 28 satellite locations around the world on February 1st, 2014.
Statistics:
Conclusions:

It seems that a number of the locations had people write articles for creation via the AfC submission process. This means that a number are held up in the queue, which is 1400 articles long, and will take up to 3 weeks. Generally, in the future going through AfC should not be necessary at group events since there should be help on hand that can review articles that go live first. In fact, that might be a good thing to ask people at the next Edit-a-Thon to wait for a Wikipedian to check the article over before submitting live.
