I am a Canadian businessman with over 35 years experience in business venture development. My multi-faceted experience spans “hands on” business operations with a focus on private enterprise start-ups, finance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as extensive knowledge of public markets. Over my career, I have developed strong investment banking relationships that extend from North America to Europe through corporate offices based in Vancouver, Canada and Zurich, Switzerland.
