Laron Daviston, better known by his stage name Laron Pierce.[1] Pierce was born in Torrance, California on August 6, 1992. He is the cousin of Sean Donatello of the group Dyles Mavis. Also, he comes from a very rich background especially his relatives owns Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles restaurant. He is the only upcoming artist in the underground hip hop world that is autistic. Laron is an autistic underground hip-hop lyricist that started rapping since he was 10 years old by the inspiration of his cousin who was a former battle rapper name Tra Owens aka Scoop Loc/Marque Da Marvel. Marque has taught Pierce how to rap and how to write rhymes however, he was taught how to dress like how Scoop was dressed inappropriately. Also, was taught how to be become a gangster and portray to be a gangster rapper until he was inspired by the underground rapper name Immortal Technique and his song “Dance with the Devil” in 2008. Therefore, Laron had changed his personality and became an underground hip-hop artist. Everyone has asked Laron why he picked the last name Pierce. Because he came up with an idea Pierce as he came across a name Roman Pearce of a character played in the movie called 2 Fast 2 Furious by R&B singer Tyree. Pierce thought it was great last name for him. From 2009-2011, Laron released four mix tapes in the “LP the Mixtape Series”. On Aug 6th, 2013, Pierce released his internet album called “My Underground Journey”. [2]. He goes to Roscoes Media Center and works as a radio engineer for live internet streaming shows. Not to mention, He runs his own radio show called The Only Hip-Hop Show with The Only Hip-Hop Squad (Laron Pierce, Dhane Diesel, Sean Auguste, Rasher Fallon, Kat 9 and DJi aka White Jade) which its powered by Planes and Palm Trees, RMC and Grind or Die TV. Every Tuesday Nights at 9:30pm on theonlyhiphopshow.com. [3] Laron just recently released his debut single “Lone Wolf featuring Mystro”[4] off of his Laron's Progression EP and before his debut album "Executioner". Laron's Progression EP is now available on iTunes and Spotify.[5]
