Correcting errors/gaps in existing pages[edit]

  • Trucker's hitch page still needs some work, discussion of (the many) variations in way slipped loop is formed
  • Double figure eight bend should be merged into Flemish bend (and that merged with Figure-of-eight follow through?? Hmmm...)
  • Tugboat hitch has some naming and diagramatic issues, alt name for Capstan hitch, better image
  • Bowline left-handed/Dutch Marine discussion needed (ref #1034 1/2, "distinctly inferior")

  • Klemheist knot needs clarification on whether it's the same as a French prusik/Marchard/etc?
