GWS - GLADIUS WORLD SERIES[edit]

GWS is an international kickboxing promotion. It is owned by former kickboxing champion Mircea Cernat, and the promotion had it`s first event,

called GWS1 on November 26, 2022. The event was televised on FIGHTBOX TV, FITE TV and DigiSport.

GWS1[edit]

GWS1 was the first official Gladius World Series event, held on November 26, 2022, in Milan, Italy.

The first ever GWS World Middleweight Champion (Massimo Rigamonti) was crowned on this event.

The WKAFL Europe Championship was on the line, and Nour Ben Ezzedine became the new champion by defeating Masseyni Diakhate by KO.

Michelle Mazzola won the Lightweight Tournament by defeating Mario Argento by decision.

In the Main Event, Tolea Ciumac made his return to the ring against Umberto Lucci, a match won by Lucci via Decision.
