MY VOCATION
I am a Christian wellness speaker, blogger, church retreat leader, and provide Health Coaching and I live in Charlotte, NC. I am also the Executive Director of a non-profit ministry, Faith and Health Connection[1].
MY PASSION
I have a passion for understanding and writing about the connection between our spirit, mind and body especially as it relates to our emotional and physical health from a Biblical perspective. This is especially relevant in that in the United States, the health of our citizens continues to deteriorate, especially with diseases and conditions impacted by obesity.
In that light, I have written many articles for Faith and Fitness Magazine on "Spiritual Exercises for a Healthier Life" from a [[1]] perspective. I maintain a website with content on the connection between the Christian faith and health.
I work with YMCA, churches and other Christian organizations by conducting workshops and church retreats on Spirit, Mind & Body Health and writing customized monthly articles for distribution to staff and clients/members on the same topic.
