Aerogel is going to be my favorite toy in the future. In this picture, a 2.5 kg brick is supported by a piece of aerogel weighing only 2 grams.

I've been a Wikipedian for not very long, but I've made some significant edits to more than 50 articles, including several articles that I purely started on my own, which those are Tseng Lan Shue, Wikipedia Globe Logo, Pik Uk, and the most recent, Piano Sonata No. 3 (Prokofiev). Somebody moved the article Wikipedia Globe Logo to Logo of Wikipedia, most likely because the latter title was less biased.

Wikipedia editing is extremely fun to do, because it also helps me learn about Wikipedia topics and also learn Wikipedia formatting and its uses. I've made a first edit on the War of 1812 more than two years ago (in 2007), without an account. (It was not semi-protected at the time). I was extremely shocked about my editing, fearing that I've made false information, and I would be eventually be "arrested" for that edit. Besides it was a "test edit", so I should have used the sandbox. At the time I was just wandering in Wikipedia, not knowing what I'm supposed to do. Instead, I was checking out what that "edit" feature was, because I've never ever seen a site that everyone could edit!

I was used to be a poor editor but now I had more experience on it, and I told to my students in my school about that I edited Wikipedia (sometimes in school), and that I could showcase my "talent" on editing Wikipedia. I've also started editing Wikipedia in other languages, like Russian, French, German, Dutch,.... Besides I only knew English, French, a little of Russian, so I copied and pasted the translation from Google Translate for the appropriate language.

Again, Wikipedia is extremely fun. Also check out Wikipedia's sister projects, like Wiktionary: the free dictionary, Wikimedia, and Wikinews.

The name of my account "challisrussia" is a portmanteau from "Challis", the first name of my dad's boss Challis Ng, and "Russia", my favorite country on the globe. Challis Ng operated a small trading company called "Ng's Trading Company Ltd.": they are a trucking company that delivers stuff to restaurants extremely far away, resulting in many employees returning to the company after work after 3:00 am. Then they have to wake up at 6:30 am the next morning ready for the next departure, resulting in a 2 hour sleep. I feel that they are operating Russian-built aircraft, since Russian airplanes have a lot of accidents, and my dad's company too (Ng's Trading Co.) committed a lot of accidents. In January 2010 Ng's Trading Co. committed a very serious accident resulting in one fatality in Owen Sound. Besides, I always wanted to go to Russia with my dad and also invite him to go on Russian aircraft like Tupolev, Ilyushin, Sukhoi, and the Ukrainian Antonov. Russian and other former-Soviet built aircraft look very distinctive and beautiful, but probably not as so with Scaled Composites. My dad has fell several times from the truck starting from Canada Day in 2010 contributing to his brain damage and his subsequent brain surgery (twice).

In Wikipedia, I haven't made much edits so I've never gained any awards. But anyhow, I am still strongly contributing to Wikipedia and its sister projects, and I'm also posting comments on Wikimedia.

Please feel free to scan through my user page - you may edit, but add something that impresses me, but not offend me. Any vandalism or inappropriate edits will be reverted.

Element #35, Bromine. I also study a lot in chemistry while still contributing to Wikipedia.

My favorite tour operator in North America is Tai Pan Tours. On my Tai Pan trip to the former Middle and Southern colonies in the US in August 2010, I had a horrible tour guide. His Cantonese was fine, his Mandarin accent is terrible, and his English speaking is even worse. (Ex. He read "escalator" instead of "elevator"; he pronounced "Jitney" as "JAG-lee".) He forbade the people to use the rear lavatory because the human waste are stored in the bus until the end of the trip. He once locked a person in the washroom for some 25 minutes thinking that he went for too long. When he came out, the tour guide locked the washroom. I later unlocked it without his permission. Pictures of my Tai Pan trip in August are below in the gallery, with the yellowish Tai Pan bus.

My primary hobbies are editing Wikipedia, flying into space in Orbiter Space Flight Simulator, and flying commercial flights on Microsoft Flight Simulator X. I do have many other interests. Among them are playing piano, discussing civic issues in government and the public, as well as thinking of a world government representing the human population on Earth. The United Nations is not a world government even though I previously thought it was one.

I'm also interested in looking and studying at impossible objects and optical illusions.

My dad in September 2010 had a brain surgery at Toronto Western Hospital and quit working at Ng's Trading Co. forever. Ng's trading is currently in severe trouble because new drivers employed there leave the company after one or two days due to overworking and stress. They currently have two drivers left, three workers in the office, and the boss, Challis Ng. One of the remaining drivers actually quit in October because his wife gave birth to a new child. Ng's trading could suffer liquidation not far from now. My dad is scheduled for a CT scan sometime in November and his driver's license will temporarily be confiscated due to the surgery.

I'm currently in the process of designing and building a model rocket of SpaceX Falcon 9, which, of the real rocket, will become the first privately-built man-rated spacecraft to reach orbit.

Aviation is one my very best interests so most of my articles edited are aviation-related. This is Scaled Composites Proteus, an airplane designed by Burt Rutan revealing its very unusual design and style.

I'm a user of Orbiter Space Flight Simulator and I have an account on Orbit Hangar Mods and Orbiter Forum by the name "korolevspace". I plan to create my first addon some 2 years for now.

I'm currently flying the Manned Venus Flyby, Phase C, on Orbiter sim version 060929 with the addon Project Apollo - NASSP. It will take me approximately 396 to 400 days real time to fly the complete mission. I just done the Trans-Venus injection burn to escape velocity with the S-IVB stage and is now used as a "wet workshop" for the crewmates to live in. On the Orbiter sim, I've also flown (retraced) the STS-132 Atlantis ISS mission and attached the Rassvet module on the station. I've also flown to the moon and back aboard the DeltaGlider IV by Dan Steph.

On November 15, 2010, my dad completed the CT scan and has revealed remarkable results. His brain looked quite normal in the image, compared to the pre-surgery images where his left brain was completely soaked with blood and being compressed by the blood almost invisible to the image. He will start a new job on January 2011 and the proposal for the confiscation of his driver license was dropped. He currently receives compensation from the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) since the surgery and until January.

I am not a Wikipedia administrator but in the future I would want to be one despite the many problems I made over the last few months.

I hope to make my first trip to the International Space Station sometime before its demise.

I've made a second trip to the Moon on the DeltaGlider IV on Nov. 20, 2010.

On November 25, 2010, a new employee at Ng's Trading Co. departed at 8:00 am and returned to the company at 5:00 am the next day!!!!!!!!!! How insane is Mr. Challis Ng.

This is also one of my hobbies: Катание на лыжах (search it on Google).

I've purchased the activation license for the Space Shuttle Mission 2007 simulator on Nov. 27, 2010. The Shuttle itself is much more realistic and functional than the Orbiter shuttle. I do have an account on their SSM2007 forum by the name "sts133".

On Dec. 22, 2010, I successfully flew a first successful complete mission on SSM2007 of STS-26R.

On Feb. 6, 2011, I saw a truck rolled over onto its side on the ramp between Hwy. 401 and Hwy. 400.

My computer crashed in mid-February because someone hacked into it causing the computer to malfunction. Anyhow, I got it fixed and reinstalled and added several more hard discs to the computer.

My dad finally found a new job of a warehouse worker at Young & Young Co., which is a trading company and supplier of L. & L. Meat (my dad also worked there) and Ng's Trading Company. He will go the that job on March 28.

This user is not a Wikipedia administrator but would like to be one someday.
