Where I am

Hi there Celestianpower. I might not be as active as I am right now on Wikipedia. See, I'm now going to participate in the Professional Wrestling WikiCity. (Population: Me) The creater of the project made 6 edits, and quit in April of this year. The project is basically deserted. I'm basically starting from scratch compared to the load of wrestling info here on Wikipedia. I think Angela, a developer here on Wikipedia if I'm not mistaken, is going to give me adminship on the WikiCity so I can better patrol the area. I just wanted to thank you for supporting me in my RfA. To tell you the truth, I was surprised by all the support I've gotten. I never saw myself as more than an occasional Wiki-hobbyist.

My wife sends her curses, as Wikipedia will likely suck up more of my time. She jokingly (I think) said she was tempted to log on to Wikipedia just to vote Oppose and let everyone know that she didn't want her husband to be an admin.

BASIC

Hey, been noticing your name pop up in my watchlist in several places - I see you're a BASIC programmer, good to know theres some on Wikipedia. I program in BASIC too, have you made any functional programs? — Wackymacs 15:24, 29 December 2005 (UTC)

I use REALbasic on Mac OS X, I programmed DigiTools (and I wrote that article ;), but I think its notable). I suppose your programs are Windows only? — Wackymacs 15:35, 29 December 2005 (UTC)

You should get into REALbasic, the IDE is for Windows as well and it compiles for Mac, Windows and Linux. It's a good tool, for the most part. — Wackymacs 15:47, 29 December 2005 (UTC)

It's OK. Someone else once requested me for adminship (a long time ago) and I got really pissed off when people started objecting over stupid things like taggging image licenses wrong and not using edit summaries enough.
