The Bank of America Building (also known as the Mesa Financial Plaza) is a 16-story high-rise building in Mesa, Arizona.
It was developed by Conley Wolfswinkel
Biltmore Holdings LLC purchased the property in September 2000 for $30,000,000. Amerivest Properties Inc. of Denver, Colorado, acquired the property in 2003 for $39,000,000 from Biltmore Holdings LLC. The property was sold in January 2006 to Crescent Real Estate Equities Company of Fortworth, Texas, for $55,000,000. The building was sold again in July 2007 to BPG Properties Ltd. for $57,700,00.
