From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jemanon (transliteration) is a very small region in south-eastern Argentina. Jemanon is famous for its vegetable stew. This stew is traditionally made with carrots, corn, potatoes, and squash, but recent times have seen its preparation with a much wider variety of vegetables. It is known for its thick, distinctive sauce whose strong taste comes from the addition of traditional spices. This stew, however, is not very common, as its ingredients are not easily found.
