I am an active member of CART (Coleshill Auxiliary Research Team) Researching Auxiliary Units - I concentrate my efforts mainly on the AUX GHQ at Coleshill and assist the National Trust Team of Volunteers taking members into the replica Operational Base which is open to the public once a month during the summer.

My father was the officer that led the East Sussex Scouts who trained the Patrols in that area.

I served in a REME workshop as a Recovery Mechanic during the emergency in Malaya
