Before I start the actual adoption program, I would like more info about you. Please fill up your answers next to the questions.
1. How old are you? (Below 12, 12-18, 19-29, above 30) You don't have to give your specific age.
2. Are you studying(school or college/university) or working?
3. How often do you intend to come on Wikipedia?
4. Why did you join Wikipedia?
5. How much do you know about wiki-editing?
6. What are some things you hope to learn in this adoption program?
7. How committed are you to this program? Choose from a scale of 1-10. 1 would be very committed and 10 would be not interested at all.

2. College, plus working part-time
3. I check Wikipedia at least once a day.
4. Well, to help edit and update certain pages that I felt needed work. I am more of a Wiki-gnome, so GA and FA aren't really my thing. I'm more into minor grammatical fixes, or factual errors, or sourcing things properly.
5. I am familiar with many of Wikipedia's rules and guidelines. I am quite familiar how to edit too. If I am stuck with something I know how to look for help, or how to ask a more experienced user/admin for guidance.
6. I would like to learn how to raise an article to a GA or FA status; and gain more experience and knowledge of WIkipedia to try out for admin coaching.
7. WHile I would love to say 1, unfortunately school and work are a little more important than Wikipedia, so I'm going to have to say 3.
