Thanks for the note about Toy poodle on my talk page. FYI, I created it back in 2004 as a redirect and it hasn't been touched since, until someone replaced the content with all-Chinese today. So the curation tools might be confused; (a) it's not a new page, and (b) replacing existing English content with all Chinese should be a red flag that someone's messing around with the page. New deal for page patrollers[edit]

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.
