I am an Australian Professor, researcher and consultant. My interests are psychology, particularly social and organisational psychology as well as management. I have published widely and worked in both Europe as a management consultant and a number of different universities in Australia as an academic. I hold a Doctorate in Psychology as well as an MBA from the University of Sydney. My friends and colleagues call me Barnie, but but my real name is Bernard, which I blame my mother for!
