User:B137/Things that don't work with Internet Explorer but work with Firefox

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
  • Unified login
  • Confirmed user features (arv/last/rpp/unlink/etc) all work with Firefox but do nothing when clicked on with IE7.
  • Youtube insight data/demographics/etc.
  • Sometimes it will not be able to open Wikimapia. It will say "Operation aborted"

Wow, all this time I didn't realize the cool things all those additional tabs do on Wikipedia until I tried Firefox on my laptop. I've not seen anything to do with Java or cookies that doesn't just work right with Firefox. When I asked about the failure of the unified login I was told I had to change some setting in cookies; why should I have to do that?

Why does IE get like 90% of use while Firefox only gets like 10?

Holy crap[edit]

I was signing in to My IT Lab and it said that it didn't support Firefox or that Firefox didn't support it; I can't remember which, but I finally found something where IE works and Firefox doesn't. Firefox is still way better, considering the surprisingly blatant inadequacies I've seen with IE. (The auto spell checker is kind of nifty, too).

This picture shows a white person in Miami just two years later, with bipolar Florida Shiner glasses that look like the Sin City eyes effect.
