Advice

This user no longer agree with wikipedia editing policy and thus he definitely retires. To whom it may concern, he does not agree with the excessive proliferation behavioral rules that enable expert users to build almost any possible chain of deduction to enforce their decisions, irrespectively of the technical matter. He believes that this, in fact, limits the possibility, especially for newcomers, to participate to wikipedia, thus establishing a sort of oligarchic control of published material. This, in his opinion is against wikipedia original mission.
