Professor Ashton's I/O Psychology Class[edit]

I am currently taking an I/O psychology class with Dr. Ashton[1]. at York College, City University of New York. For this class, we are focusing on a Wikipedia assignment. We are learning Wikipedia and how useful it can be. By doing this assignment we will learn to do the following:
  1. Navigate around Wikipedia
  2. Create a userpage
  3. Do basic markup editing

Class has been really interesting so far. We watched a very intriguing video on YouTube Why Wikipedians are the Weirdest People on the Internet<ref>Walling, Steve (Mar 4, 2010) [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEkF5o6KPNI Why Wikipedians are the Weirdest People on the Internet. YouTube. Retrieved on February 15, 2013]. This video provided insight as to what goes on in the minds of Wikipedians, those who post and edit articles for the whole world to view for free!

I look forward to what the rest of this class has to offer!
