Lakeshore Drive (real name Agan Ganija, born September 16, 2005) is a Bosnian-American musician, singer, songwriter and guitarist.

Ganija is notable for his variety in experimenting in many genres, as well for his use of low dropped tuned guitars to create moody rhythms and melodies, to create a fusion genre sound. He also utilizes a heavy amount of drum machines, something that has become synonymous with him. His unique songwriting and style of playing have garnered him critical acclaim. He has garnered a large online following from mainly Generation Z individuals. Critics describe his music as “a healthy mix of neon pop-punk, shoegaze, and late 90s emo.

Early Life[edit]

Ganija was born and raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, to Bosniak immigrant parents.

He graduated from Sheboygan South High School. During high school, he was friends with rapper Tenebrae Mali and an acquaintance of rapper Gh0stm4re.

Personal Life[edit]

Ganija was straight edge until he was 16, but claims that he still enjoys music that comes from the scene.

Ganija is Muslim.

Influences[edit]

Ganija cites the albums Around the Fur by Deftones and The Moon Is Down by Further Seems Forever, as well as the soundtracks to Jet Set Radio and Jet Set Radio Future as his most important influences, but he has also stated that artists such as Joyce Manor, Taking Back Sunday, Kali Uchis, Brand New, Blink-182, Poison the Well, Portraits of Past, Reversal of Man, Eighteen Visions, Coalesce, A Tribe Called Quest, Digable Planets, Say Anything, Finch and Q and Not U as his primary influences.
