Hello 😊 I like to ride my bike. I pretty much show up everywhere in my cycling kit...
...and I'm also into creating special effects like bullet hit squibs. 😎

Hello![edit]

Hello everyone and thanks for visiting my profile page.

I'm a scientist during 9-5 and outside of that, a keen cyclist. I love travelling, the outdoors and learning languages, so most of my Wikipedia contributions would be on these topics. I'm from Australia with Taiwanese heritage, based in The Netherlands. I did my PhD in biomedical engineering at The University of Queensland. Currently I’m a health data scientist and before this, I was a postdoc at TU Delft. I still have a small part-time gig there.

Wikipedia is one of my most frequently visited sites, looking up stuff, use it as a reference and a great teaching resource and I thank everyone's contribution - really, you have changed my life. I started editing Wikipedia occasionally back at school, though some of the edits have been made with my IP address. It was only a few years ago that I started using this particular account to contribute to Wikipedia.

The origins of the account name[edit]

This account was created when I was back in school - and unsure of what username to pick, I looked at my biology textbook and there was ATP on the page, a compound that basically provides energy to cells. Too late to change now!
