Wikipedians: Use this template when you cannot trust yourself and will allow administrators to block you with a single click, OR: If you want administrators to block your account if it is compromised.

Administrators, when you press the button, you will automatically block the user with an expiration time of indefinite, autoblock enabled, and account creation blocked.
