The Wishwall Foundation
The Wishwall Foundation is an American nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization and social community. The foundation makes the social impact wishes of people come true.[1][2][3]
History[edit]
In 2015, Simonetta Lein established foundation to address social issues such as literacy, poverty, and women's safety while granting wishes.[4][5]
Lein established the initial Wishwall in Philadelphia during the September 2015 visit of Pope Francis.[6][7]
Programs[edit]
The foundation collaborates with other non-profit groups that promote social integration and the defense of human rights and with companies that wish to sponsor worthy initiatives.[8][9]
Project Farm2Life by the foundation will provide free fertilizers to 35 rural farmers in 3 communities, boosting their crop yield.[10] Through the project "Christmas with the Wishmaker," the foundation focussed on Christmas for vulnerable children in Nigeria.[11][12]
