  • QPQ done. New enough and long enough: Assuming article is at 5x now, expansion began 3 edits ago on July 8, 2012. No plagiarism concerns. Article is neutral enough. Image has a license which I believe makes it fair use eligible AND it is used in the hook. (As opposed to an image in the hook not used in the article.) Spot check of this shows Finnish source supports text and not plagiarised. Hook found in article and supported by text, with citations supporting that.
