The Broken Cord[edit]

  • Reviewed: Der Prozeß (opera)
  • Comment: I'm surprised I even found this many sources to use for such an old television film.

Interesting TV film, on good sources, offline source accepted AGF, no copyvio obvious. - Hook: if taken as it is, it should be a real life subjct, because he is not the only one. I'd add at least film - it could be anything - unless you want to focus on that tragedy alone. I confess that the topic of caring for a son with special needs seems worth mentioning somehow. - Article: on this same page, I was told that if quotes were subtracted, it would be too short. Without "counting": could you add a bit, for example to plot, or reception? Looking at the beginning: that is a bit ambiguous, - It reads as if Adam was a different child from the one in the sentence before. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:27, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
I changed the hook and expanded the article's plot and production sections. SL93 (talk) 15:37, 1 July 2017 (UTC)

Thank you for the changes. The last line of the plot looks too general, not for the film, imo. - Next time, please word an ALT, - to leave the discussion transparent. What do you think of this:
ALT1: ... that a real life subject of the film The Broken Cord, who suffered from fetal alcohol syndrome, died being hit by a car before the film's release? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:24, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
That's fine. Should I remove the last sentence from the plot then? SL93 (talk) 19:29, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
both, - prep builder can decide. - You decide about the sentence ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:42, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
