  • Hi Gog, review follows: article promoted to GA 7 June; article is well written and fully cited to reliable sources throughout; article is of good length; hooks are both interesting and cited in the article; I have added "partly" to the triumph hook to match the wording in the article which says the fact "also played a part"; the repetition of "Roman" in the second hook is a little jarring for me but I couldn't figure out an alternative wording; I linked triumph in the first hook as it may not be familiar to the geneal reader; AGF on sourcing for the hooks which are to a hard copy book; QPQ is in order - Dumelow (talk) 16:54, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
Hi there Dumelow. Thanks for picking up "partly". That's what I miss when I get too close to an article. I couldn't see how to lose one of the "Roman"s either, without making it even more jarring. I was hoping that the reviewer might be able to . As to which I prefer; I think ALT0. I put in ALT1 in case it was thought that there were too many military DYKs. But I am easy as to which is selected: your choice. Gog the Mild (talk) 18:36, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
No worries Gog. Both are verified, I'll leave it up to the promoter to chose which one to use - Dumelow (talk) 19:45, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
