Overall: The hook and the article mention that she was named Germany's young swimmer of the year. Who awarded this honour, and are they a reputable organisation? Unfortunately, I do not speak German so I was not able to determine this from the source. Thanks for checking, I spotted a mistake in the hook, as the award was not for national swimmer of the year, just state swimmer of the year (as it was awarded by the NRW state swimming association). How about:
ALT1: ... that German swimmer Lisa Höpink, who has qualified for two events at the 2020 Summer Olympics, won two medals at the 2019 Summer Universiade?
Source for Universaide medals are as above, for Olympics there is [4] "Germany qualified a women's and men's 4×100 free relay for Tokyo as Annika Bruhn led the 100 free field on the women’s side at 53.96 ahead of Lisa Hopink (54.65) and Marie Pietruschka (54.73) while Hannah Kuchler was fourth at 54.88." (for 4 x 100 relay qualified), and for 4 x 100 medley source, it would be [5] (translation of the first sentence of the "Höpink und Kusch schmettern am schnellsten" section is "Lisa Höpink secured a place in the mixed relay over 4 x 100 metres on 100 metres butterfly"). I would suggest putting the information in chronological order, as so:
